Refund Policy

The Short Version

• Listings not live within 7 days: that part of your payment is refunded in full.
• An article not published and indexed within 14 days: that portion is refunded.
• One email is enough. There are no forms and no conditions buried in the small print.
• Refunds go back to the way you paid, normally within 5 to 7 business days of approval.

Listing Count Guarantee

Every launch package includes a set number of live, verifiable listings. If we do not deliver the full number within 7 days of starting, you get a full refund of the listing portion of your package. You keep the listings that are already live, and the report that shows them.

Publication Guarantee

Packages that include published articles, such as a founder interview or an industry feature, are covered separately. If an article is not published and indexed within 14 days, we refund that portion of the price. Indexing is checked in the report we send you, so you can see the same evidence we do.

How to Request a Refund

Email nikhil@saasylaunch.com from the address you ordered with, and tell us which package and what is missing. That is the whole process.

We will check the report, confirm what was delivered, and either finish the missing work straight away or approve the refund. If you would rather talk it through, you can book a call.

How Refunds Are Paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal. Once approved, the money normally reaches you within 5 to 7 business days, though your bank or card issuer can take a little longer. We do not charge a fee for processing a refund.

What Is Not Refundable

• Placements that are already live and included in your report. Those were delivered.
• Work that failed because we could not get information or approvals we asked you for.
• Rankings, traffic or AI citations that did not turn out as you hoped. We guarantee delivery, not results, as explained in our terms.

Monthly Plans

Monthly link building is priced per delivered link, so a link that never goes live is never charged. If you have already paid for links that we do not deliver in that cycle, you can take the value as extra links in the next cycle or as a refund, whichever you prefer. EDIT: add your notice period for pausing or cancelling a monthly plan

Before You Raise a Chargeback

If something has gone wrong, please email us first. Almost everything is sorted out the same day, and a chargeback takes far longer for both of us. We keep reports showing what was delivered, and we are happy to share them with you at any point.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you paid.
