Terms of Service
What you can expect from us, what we need from you, and the limits of what any link building service can promise.
Last updated: 22 September 2026These Terms
SaasyLaunch is a link building business run by Nikhil Sharma as an individual. It is not incorporated as a company. EDIT: add your business address here
By buying a package or working with us, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company or a client, you confirm you are allowed to do that.
What We Provide
We earn backlinks and brand mentions through manual outreach. Depending on what you buy, that can include directory and launch platform listings, published articles, guest posts, niche edits, digital PR, expert citations and backlink audits. Full details are on our services, pricing and white label pages.
We work with businesses worldwide. We may decline or end a project if the work would require tactics that breach search engine guidelines, or if the site is in a sector we do not serve.
Orders and Payment
- Launch packages are paid in full through PayPal before work starts.
- Monthly link building is agreed in writing first, by email or on a call, and priced per delivered link. EDIT: say whether you invoice in advance or at the end of the month
- Prices are shown in US dollars. EDIT: add a line about taxes if you charge any
- You pay for links that go live. Placements we do not deliver are handled under our refund policy.
What We Guarantee
- We start work within 48 hours of your order, and within 24 hours on Launch Authority.
- Listings included in a launch package go live within 7 days, or that part of your payment is refunded.
- Articles included in a package are published and indexed within 14 days, or that portion is refunded.
- You approve every publisher, anchor text and target page before we pitch.
- Every placement appears in a report with its live URL, so you can check it yourself.
What We Do Not Guarantee
No honest link building provider can promise these, and we will not pretend otherwise:
- Specific rankings, traffic numbers, signups or revenue.
- A particular Domain Rating, Domain Authority or similar third party score.
- Citations or mentions in AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews.
- How quickly Google crawls, indexes or values any link.
- That a publisher will keep a page online forever, since we do not own those sites.
What We Need From You
- Accurate details about your product, your target pages and your competitors.
- Approvals within a reasonable time, since outreach stalls without them.
- The right to use any logos, text, images or data you send us.
- A website that is lawful and meets the standards of the publications we pitch.
Publishers and Content
Placements depend on independent publishers. They can edit a draft, ask for changes, decline it, or take a page down later. We do not control their sites, their editorial decisions or their uptime. Where a placement needs an article, we write it to the publisher's brief and send it to you for approval before it goes live.
White Label Work
If you resell our work, reports are unbranded, we do not contact your clients, and we do not name you or your clients as our clients without permission. You are responsible for what you tell your own clients about the work.
Intellectual Property
You keep the rights to everything you send us. Once an article is published, the publisher usually holds it under its own terms. Everything on saasylaunch.com, including the text, layout and reports we produce, belongs to us, and you may not resell it as your own product except under our white label service.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim connected to a package is limited to the amount you paid us for that package. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost rankings or lost data. Nothing here removes liability that the law does not allow us to remove, including for fraud.
Stopping Work
You can stop monthly work by telling us in writing. EDIT: add the notice period you want, for example 14 days before the next cycle Work already delivered stays payable. We can end an engagement if payment is overdue, if the work would breach search engine guidelines, or if the relationship becomes unworkable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of EDIT: name your US state, for example Delaware, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute. EDIT: read the note we sent you: if you operate from another country and have no US company, your own country may be the safer choice here
If you are a consumer, you may still have rights under the law of the country where you live, and nothing here removes them.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and the terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you paid.
