Privacy Policy
What we collect when you visit this site, get in touch or buy a package, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated: 22 September 2026Who We Are
SaasyLaunch is a link building business run by Nikhil Sharma as an individual. It is not incorporated as a company. EDIT: add your business address here, since privacy law in most countries expects a postal address
This policy covers the website saasylaunch.com and everything we do when you contact us or buy from us. For anything about your data, email nikhil@saasylaunch.com.
What We Collect
We keep this to the minimum we need to reply to you and run the service.
Information you give us
When you use the contact form, email us, or book a call through Calendly, we receive your name, email address, website, the budget range you selected, the competitors you named, and anything you write in your message. The contact form on this site opens your own email app, so your message reaches us as an ordinary email.
Payment information
Launch packages are paid through PayPal. PayPal handles the payment and we never see your full card details. We receive your name, the email on the order, what you bought and the amount.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect basic usage data through Google Analytics: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how long you stay and the site or search that sent you. We also see aggregate search data in Google Search Console, which tells us which queries bring people here, without identifying anyone.
How We Use It
- To answer your enquiry and send you a recommendation or quote.
- To deliver work you have bought, including reports of live links.
- To send invoices and keep the records we need for tax.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
Cookies and Tracking
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. On this site they are used for two things:
- Analytics. Google Analytics sets cookies that count visits and show how people move through the site. Google explains these in its cookies notice.
- Booking. If you open our Calendly booking page, Calendly may set its own cookies. See the Calendly privacy notice.
Video thumbnails on our pages are static images. The YouTube player only loads if you click play, and we use the no-cookie version of the player.
How to switch analytics off
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works normally either way.
EDIT: if you add a cookie consent banner for EU and UK visitors, tell us and this section should say that analytics only runs after consent
Services We Use
These companies process some of your information on our behalf or as part of their own service. Their servers may be in another country, including the United States.
- Google Analytics and Search Console for site statistics. Google privacy policy.
- Google Fonts to load the typefaces used on this site, which means your IP address reaches Google when a page loads. Google Fonts privacy details.
- Calendly when you book a call. Calendly privacy notice.
- PayPal for payments. PayPal privacy statement.
- YouTube for the video on our pages, loaded only when you press play.
- Simple Icons, a free icon service, for a few small logos.
- Our website host EDIT: name your hosting company and our email provider EDIT: name your email provider, for example Google Workspace.
Why We Are Allowed to Use It
If you are in the UK, the European Economic Area or another place with similar rules, these are our legal bases:
- Contract. To deliver work you have ordered and to reply to enquiries about it.
- Consent. For analytics cookies, which you can refuse or withdraw at any time.
- Legitimate interests. To keep the site secure and to understand how it is used.
- Legal obligation. To keep payment and tax records.
How Long We Keep It
- Enquiries that do not become projects: EDIT: for example 24 months, then deleted
- Client records, invoices and reports: EDIT: for as long as tax rules in your country require, for example 7 years
- Analytics data: kept for the retention period set inside Google Analytics.
Your Rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy,
- correct anything that is wrong,
- delete your information,
- stop using it for a particular purpose, or withdraw consent for analytics,
- send your information to someone else where that applies.
Email nikhil@saasylaunch.com and we will deal with it within EDIT: for example 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
How We Protect It
The site runs over HTTPS, and access to enquiry and client records is limited to people who need it to do the work. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute safety, but we will tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.
Children
This is a service for businesses. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. If a change matters to you, for example a new service that handles your data, we will say so clearly on this page.
Contact Us
